Is what Nizhoni asks me when I'm doing anything! Making the bed, cooking, baking and packing Sisters toys away! She's such the good little helper! The other night when Koda went down to bed, I thought I would bake something short and easy! And Shortbread Cookies came to my head! Nizhoni LOVED helping me!

Crepe Making With Nizhoni

I LOVE baking and cooking and just experimenting with different food, flavors and textures! My favorite saying in the kitchen is "You wont know unless you try", oh and another one "Nothing will ever be prefect", I've notice when other people cook and its extremely deliciously perfect to me, I'ts the total opposite to them.To them it might be over cooked, under cooked, too soggy, too hard, to much this and too much that so on and so forth! But THAT makes its perfectly fine! You can only better your self and make it Better then what it was, and plus I'ts fun to do it again (well i find it fun). a couple of months ago. I decided to make my first ever Crepes with Caramelized apples. Surprisingly they turned out better then I thought! In my head they were already a complete disaster. I did make mistakes, I know where I went wrong and know how to fix them for next time I attempt to make them :) Pictures don't justice its was actually pretty nice, and the crepes where cooked "just right".

Left overs

Some nights during the week I like to cook big meals so there are left overs for the next day, Just so my Girls are having something different for lunch, since Shannon's not here I just cook mainly cook for the girls, and I just eat what there having. But tlast night I decided to cook a big Spaghetti Bol, So today I reheated it and had it on toast! For some reason it tasted better, or maybe I was that hungry I thought it tasted better?? Because everything taste better when your hungry! Nizhoni quiet enjoyed it too!

Outside / Inside Fun

I made it clear that when we were house hunting, we HAVE to have decent sized backyard so that our babies can get out the house and play! I just love how much they love going out side! :)

This little cheeky monkey below now has learnt to climb, thankfully she's only fallen off a couple of times then learnt that if she wants to get off she has to go feet first! Now shes sweet!

A Days Road Trip.

The other week (i forgot which day it was) we went on a mini road trip with my Mum and new Lover partner Louis. Hes such a lovely guy! Hes a Producer / Co - ordinator / Photographer For Ambrosia Productions, There movie "Blood Money" has just been released which hes so very excited about! http://www.ambrosia-productions.com/#!__main << There's the link to there website :) Anyways back to the Road trip! First we went to Emundi Markets, then into Noosa, then down the coast along Coolum Beach then we headed back In land through Nambour then up to Montville and went to there awesome Look out! Then from there Into Maleny for lunch then down to cheak out the glass house mountains, which Louis told me the story and history behind them! Its amazing! Honestly these places are so beautiful that Shannon is flying his mum up from Sydney on his week off, hire a massive 4WD and stay in Noosa for about 3 days and show his mum around and take her to Emundi markets that she will LOVE! He can't wait to show her how beautiful QLD is! :) I LOVE living here!! Its awesome!!! Here are the pictures from our Mini road trip! And surprisingly the girls were awesome even though they were tired out of the minds!
