Crepe Making With Nizhoni

I LOVE baking and cooking and just experimenting with different food, flavors and textures! My favorite saying in the kitchen is "You wont know unless you try", oh and another one "Nothing will ever be prefect", I've notice when other people cook and its extremely deliciously perfect to me, I'ts the total opposite to them.To them it might be over cooked, under cooked, too soggy, too hard, to much this and too much that so on and so forth! But THAT makes its perfectly fine! You can only better your self and make it Better then what it was, and plus I'ts fun to do it again (well i find it fun). a couple of months ago. I decided to make my first ever Crepes with Caramelized apples. Surprisingly they turned out better then I thought! In my head they were already a complete disaster. I did make mistakes, I know where I went wrong and know how to fix them for next time I attempt to make them :) Pictures don't justice its was actually pretty nice, and the crepes where cooked "just right".
